ValkyrieSystems provides free Minecraft server hosting. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or performance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. User Conduct & Rules

By using ValkyrieSystems, you agree to follow these rules:

• No harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, or hate speech.
• No hacked clients in the lobby.
• No advertising external servers or hosts.
• No transferring players from your player server to an external server.
• No exploiting bugs—report them instead.
• No server lagging, abuse of schedules, or bypassing hibernation.
• No sharing personal information (e.g., real names, addresses, passwords, bank details).
• No discussions on politics, religion, or explicit content.
• Follow staff instructions at all times.
• No chargebacks; doing so will result in a blacklist.
• Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or termination of your server and/or account.

4. Server Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate servers and accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or community rules.
• Actions that harm the stability or security of the network.
• Abuse of the Service, including resource overuse or intentional lagging.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent transactions.
• Suspended or terminated servers may not be recovered.

5. Limitation of Liability

ValkyrieSystems is not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or server issues.

We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, including loss of progress, server files, or in-game assets.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Payment & Chargeback Policy

If you make a payment for additional services (if applicable), it is non-refundable.

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in account suspension and blacklist.

7. Privacy Policy

We may collect minimal data necessary for account management and service operation.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
